Returns and Exchange
I. The processing of cancellation and returns is carried out officially through the store's email: firstname.lastname@example.org in a term that will not exceed 3 business days.
Returns will be made with a discount of 10% of the total amount to be returned. Such returns will be made for different causes attributable to the buyer or the beneficiary of the service, such as:
